Individual 7-Layer Dip

Three layer? For amateurs. Five layer? For the cowards. But seven layer? Now we’re talking. And what makes this reimagined classic even better is that the recipe called for individual tall shot glasses as serving vessels, making it a personalized treat that can’t be beat!
For the 7-layer dip, you’ll need Greek yogurt dip, roasted garlic hummus dip, feta cheese, diced roasted red peppers, diced tomatoes, and salt, pepper and kalamata olives for garnish. Take your veggies, hummus and greek yogurt dips and layer accordingly. To finish, top with kalamata olives and a pita chip.

Zucchini Pizza Bites

This is the ultimate healthy finger food that everyone will love. For this recipe, you’ll need two large zucchini, sabra roasted red pepper hummus, chopped red onion, feta cheese, chopped mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, chopped red pepper, chopped basil, and a balsamic glaze. Then, slice zucchini into 1/4 inch thick coins. Spread hummus on each coin and top accordingly. finish with basil and balsamic glaze. Serve immediately!
